LATINO LEGISLATIVE DAY

Join us in solidarity with community and nonprofit organizations on March 18th for Latino Legislative Day, an all-day event to meet with your legislators to discuss issues impacting your communities.

If you're between the ages of 15 to 26, you can participate in our Youth Program that same day which will include workshops and activities to help you learn the legislative process and get engaged on every level.

The event will take place from 7 am-5 pm for folks in the Puget Sound area. For folks in Eastern Washington that will be an all day event, 3am-11 pm. We will provide lunch and transportation to and from Olympia. Invite your friends and mark your calendar!

More details and schedule coming soon!

We will be updating folks as we move closer to meeting our goal of 500 young people - will you help us reach this goal?

This 1-day statewide youth leadership convening will be held on Monday, March 18th at the State Capitol in Olympia. This youth-led event will feature grassroots organizing, advocacy, and voter engagement workshops and panels. Last year, we welcomed over 350 youth leaders. And this year, we are expecting over 500 youth leaders to join us and over 4,000 people from across Washington State!

We need YOUR support, help us raise $5,000 to transport over 100 youth leaders from across Washington State, with recruitment focused on the central and eastern parts of the state. They will engage in and lead conversations about civic engagement, climate and environmental justice, as we find solutions to our community’s concerns.
